Hi!
First, a quiz: http://pewresearch.org/millennials/quiz/
I find generational differences incredibly interesting. The time that an individual grows up in has a huge impact on how they view and interact with the world. It is, of course, not the only thing that influences an individual, but it's amazing to see how we can divide ourselves up into generational cohorts with many similar views, ideas and worldviews.
So, how millennial are YOU? I myself scored a measly 17. I think it's because millennials are (according to research from the Pew Charitable Trust) the least religious generation ever, as well as the idea of political activism (apparently millennials trust institutions more than their predecessors, thus perhaps feel less inclined to "interfere"). I am religious as well as moderately mistrustful of institutions; I think that might have pulled me down a bit in the ranking.
That's all for now! Peace OUT.

I think the questions they choose for that quiz are pretty interesting. Looking at their full data table, I'm not even sure that there were extremely clear differences for some of the questions across neighboring generations. Maybe the bigger comparison here is the millennial generation vs the silent generation, and people fall somewhere in between. It would be interesting to see this data presented as a function of where they were born or as a function of their family situation - I think there would be some very interesting correlations based on relative social norms.
